Printing the Profiles

To optimally print these tables, follow these instructions (instructions tested with Microsoft Word, but minor changes should allow optimal printing on other word processing systems):
  1. Open file in word processing application
  2. Change page orientation to Landscape
  3. Change Margins to the following: Top .75, Bottom .5, Left .25, Right .5
  4. Press Ctrl-A to select entire document
  5. Change font to Courier New at 7 pt and Boldface it
  6. Print file
